Existing wooden sprung floor at end of life. Operator wanted BWF Level 1 certification for ability to host BAM-sanctioned competition events. Tight 3-week installation window during off-season.
The solution
Removed wooden floor. Self-levelled slab to SR1 flatness. Installed Gerflor Taraflex Surface 7.0 across six courts with embedded line marking. Heat-welded seams throughout. Court boundaries and equipment standards verified against BWF specifications.
The result
Six BWF Level 1 courts delivered on schedule. Operator now hosting MASBAS-sanctioned events. Player feedback notes improved consistency vs old timber floor, uniform shock absorption, no dead spots.
