Malaysian data centres are growing fast (Selangor / Johor / KL clusters). Flooring requirements: ESD per EN 1081 for static-sensitive equipment (server halls 10⁶–10⁹ Ω static dissipative; UPS/ATS rooms 10⁴–10⁶ Ω conductive); fire rating for server halls; acoustic for technical rooms; integration with raised access floor systems.

- Static dissipative (10⁶–10⁹ Ω) is the standard for server halls. UPS / ATS rooms with high-static equipment may specify conductive (10⁴–10⁶ Ω).
- Some data centres install ESD vinyl over the structural slab in low-zones; raised access floor panels themselves provide ESD performance in raised zones. Specify by zone.
