Restaurant flooring is two specifications in one project: front-of-house (design-led heterogeneous vinyl) and back-of-house (R12 safety vinyl with welded seams + coved skirting + drainage integration). Halal kitchen certification considerations apply to many MY F&B projects.

- Commercial kitchen vinyl is R12 (DIN 51130) and resistant to grease and hot-oil exposure. Standard wet area is R11 (water exposure only). Specify R12 for kitchens.
